I am Zack, the founder of HDSourcing (Mainland China company: Yiwu Handing Import & Export Co., Ltd, Hong Kong branch: ASD INTERNATIONAL TRADE LIMITED)

China has the largest and most complete supply chain in the world, and Yiwu, as the region with the most complete supply chain in China, can find more than 90% of cargo resources and cargo export solutions. However, the development of the city of Yiwu and the labor increase in costs has made Yiwu's advantages smaller and smaller. Under this general trend, many factory resources in Yiwu have begun to relocate to surrounding areas and neighboring provinces.

Therefore, under this trend, I founded HDSourcing. Like most startups, my company had less than 20 square meters at the beginning, and these 20 square meters were not only my office space but also my bedroom. After the development of the past 4 years, our company has also updated its venue and has new employees joining. Our customer base has also increased from 1 at the beginning to 10 today, and the countries we cooperate with have expanded from Slovenia to Italy, France, Germany, Serbia, Croatia, etc. (Of course, we are also looking forward to customers from other countries and regions)

My hometown is in Shangrao, Jiangxi. This address is only 240 kilometers away from Yiwu. Due to the short distance, convenient transportation, and advantageous labor costs, it has become the first choice for Yiwu factory relocation. Therefore, in order to make full use of the advantages of industrial transfer, I have a 5,000 M2 company headquarters integrating warehousing and offices built in my hometown.

In the beginning, because our company was relatively small, many customers were hesitant about whether to cooperate with us. We fully understand our customers' concerns. We will not make some empty excuses, because time will prove us. With this persistence, all our current customers have established long-term cooperation with us. The shortest is 2 years, and the longest is from the establishment of our company to the present. We have been cooperating, and we are grateful for the support of these customers. At the same time, we are also working hard to conquer those who are still hesitant client.

I hope HDSourcing is different from other companies in Yiwu, which always say that we are the best "Yiwu one-stop purchasing agent" but the actual actions do not reflect any professionalism. My principle is that actions speak louder than words. What we want to do is be a customer partner and the one we can rely on at critical moments, so as to realize one of our 6 major principles, "WIN-WIN".
